PURPOSE

Corners, subplaster screeds and ribbon beads are intended to apply in the process of plastering rooms and to warm up residential buildings, collective settling, the public utility, stock and industrial.

RANGE AND CONDITIONS OF USE

AL -  used for dry plasters, they are used to strengthen and protect wall corners against mechanical damage and to obtain corner straightness. Do not use for cement-lime plasters.

NS - applied to wet CEMENT and LIME plaster surfaces are used to strengthen and protect angles of outer walls from mechanical damages and for getting the straightness of angles. It should not be applied in very humid environments as kitchens of collective feeding, sanitary rooms, baths, swimming pools, swimming pools, DO NOT APPLY TO GYPSUM PLASTERS. In environment mentioned above should be applied NS, W6, W10 made out of aluminum tapes, using only GYPSUM PLASTERS. While putting plaster one should pay special attention for preventing from damaging the protective layer of zinc by scratching etc. To the fastening one should apply elements covered with rustproof layer complying with the requirements of PN-EN 1670: 2000.

ALS - used in jointless building insulation systems (ETICS) with the use of expanded polystyrene or mineral wool and are used to protect wall corners against mechanical damage and cracks. In addition, the guidelines of the manufacturer of the thermal insulation system must be observed. ALS contain hot-melt adhesives, so they can be used from 5°C to 30°C.

W6 i W10 -  applied for precise putting on walls of plaster of wet surfaces about the specific thickness (6 or 10 mm) and are performing expansive functions.

PCOK (RIBBON BEADS)  - applied in seamless systems of insulating of buildings (ETICS) with applying the polystyrene or the mineral wool and are used for a precise assembly of the lower row of insulating panels and for protecting the outside angle from mechanical damages. Additionally one should follow guidelines of the insulating system producer.

PR GK - applied in building systems using cardboard-plaster plates. One should warn the recommendations of the producer regarding the manner of the assembly and use profile producer's accessories.Do not apply to the other kind of construction than mentioned above.

PVC - applied to different kinds of plaster outside as well as inside of buildings. They are used to strengthen and to protect angles, improvement of their straightness, improvement of plaster connections with window and door frames, dilatation, improvement in water flow from balconies, terraces etc.

Before fastening window-fitting profiles, the jamb must be cleaned, skimmed and drained in the place of the profile application. Next one should remove the theca of dilatation foam and straight away stick the profile to the jamb. After sticking slats to the jamb its necessary to wait about 2 hours, at that time glue from dilatative foam will bind properly with the base. Next after the application of protective foil to the tape on the lost component, it is possible to proceed to plastering works.Additionally one should follow guidelines of the plaster producer or the system of insulating. Protective tapes applied for the production of PVC profiles contain glue - so it is possible to apply them in temperatures from 5 to 30 degrees Celsius.

At the assembly of all PVC profiles with protective tapes, these tapes can be exposed to the effect of the sun's rays not longer than 14 days and after this time should be removed from the product finishing this way processing of the element.

CONDITIONS OF STORING

All products mentioned above (AL, ALS, NALT, NS, W6/ W10, PR, GK, PVC) should be stored in the dry room. They should be protected against the direct effect of atmospheric factors: precipitations and direct solar exposure. Composition and properties of plaster and mortars applied in specific conditions, as well as the way of storing are out of control and influence of profile producer, therefore there is not granted warranty on the resistance of these profiles to the corrosion.

All products with the subplaster mesh e.g. corners with mesh, balcony profiles with mesh, window-fitting corners etc. cannot be stored and transported at the air temperature of the internal room or under the tarpaulin of the car / trailer under 0 degrees Celsius and above 40 degrees Celsius. Products cannot be exposed to a direct contact with water. It is correlating with properties of hotmelt glue used for the production.
